Henderson Area Rail Transit System (HARTS) is an all electric fully atonomous elevated light rail system to be built in Nevada's second largest city of Henderson.  The system will ultimately cover the 107 square miles that comprises Greater Henderson Metro Area, starting in qualified Opportunity Zones of the region.  The first lines to be built on HARTS will connect  The Reserve Arts District, Water Street Downtown Hendersonal District and Nevada State College communties.

Wingman Air Terminal will convert the former 47-acre Texas Station Hotel & Casino in North Las Vegas, NV into the main terminal for Wingman Air.  Wingman Air Terminal will also serve as a dining, entertainment and retail destination as well as The Wingman Hotel and Woodhouse Spa. The project which sits in an Opportunity Zone will also feature an EV Charging Park equipped with 25 solar-powered level 2 EV charging stations and Tesla Superchargers.

Chargedison is an electric vehicle charging network and consulting firm.  Chargedison is a sister company of The Edison Motor Company and has a mission to build the largest network of solar-powered or photovoltaic (PV) and wireless electric vehicle charging network in the world. 

Nevada Performing Arts Center will convert the former Fiesta Henderson Hotel & Casino into a state-of -the-art world class perfroming arts venue.  The Reserve is a planned arts district in Henderson, Nevada and an extension of the Water Street Downtown District.  The Reserve will feature a variety of fine and casual dining, entertainment and retail options as well as a boutique hotel and spa, with NVPAC as the centerpiece of The Reserve. Built on 35 acres, The Reserve will be transformed into a beautiful greenspace with 50 solar-powered Level 2 EV charging stations as well as Tesla Superchargers, makingThe Reserve the largest EV charging park in America. 

The former 25-acre Fiesta Rancho Hotel & Casino in North Las Vegas, NV will be converted into the first aviation and aerospace professional pilot academy for ages 14 and up.  Wingman Air Academy will offer cadets the ability to earn their high school diploma, Associates and Bachlors degrees as well as required flight hours to qualify for flight hours.
